"The matcha green tea fat shake is an appetite suppressant, high energy, high fat and low carb drink that will keep you full for longer while providing you with enough fuel to keep you going for longer."
- 1/2 Cup milk.
- 1/2 Cup coconut milk.
- 2 tbsp Cream cheese.
- 1/2 tsp matcha green tea.
- 1/2 Avocado.
- 5 Strawberries.
- Handful baby spinach.
Mix all the ingredients together and blend until you have a nice green, smooth texture. Enjoy
