How Does It Work?
The next time you place an order, you will see a new option on product pages to buy as a one-time order, or as a subscription. If you would like to buy on subscription, select that option, then select "Add to cart".
Whenever your order comes up for renewal, you will receive an email reminding you about your subscription with a link to complete your latest order. This will give you a chance to confirm your shipping details are still the same and make payment using the method of your choice.
What Subscription Should I Choose?
You can select the interval of the subscription from the drop down menu.
A 40g tin of matcha should last you about one month if you have one cup a day.

I Don't Want To Get Stuck With A Debit Order...
Not to worry! By subscribing with Just Matcha you won't be automatically charged. In fact, we don't save your payment information at all, so there's no way that can happen. Whenever your subscription comes up for renewal, you will be sent a link via email to make payment.
How Do I Cancel My Subscription?
Since you are not automatically charged when your subscription is renewed you don't need to worry about charges going off each time your subscription comes up for renewal. When you receive a renewal alert via email and you would like to cancel your subscription, just click on the "View or edit your subscription" link in the email. If you need help, you can just let us know by replying to the mail, or contacting us.
Can I Change My Subscription?
Yes! You can change your subscription by clicking on the "View or edit your subscription" link in the email that you'll receive when your subscription comes up for renewal. Just give us a shout if you need any help!
