Ayesha Mayet's Raspberry and Avo Frozen Duo and Raspberry Matcha Smoothie

"Getting back into things with this lovely weather. Finally summer is in and I'm celebrating with a raspberry and avo frozen duo."
Ayesha Mayet's Raspberry and Avo Frozen Duo
Ingredients:
- Green layer:
- 1/2 avo
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup baby spinach
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1 teaspoon flax seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon matcha
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/8 teaspoon activated charcoal
- 1/4 cup cashews
- Pink layer:
- 1 teaspoon hemp protein
- 1 teaspoon acai powder
- 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 2 tablespoons pine nuts
- 1 banana
- 1/2 punnet strawberries
Method:
- Blitz and layer.
- I froze the two separately so that I could scoop it. Its perfect for summer.

Refreshing Raspberry Smoothie with a Green Kick
Ingredients:
- Layer 1:
- 1 cup Baby spinach
- 1/2 cup Pineapple
- 1/2 Avo
- 1 Pear
- 1 Kiwi
- 1 teaspoon @justmatcha
- 10 Mint sprigs
- 1/2 cup @almondbreezesa
- Layer 2:
- 1/2 cup Raspberries
- 1/2 cup Strawberries
- 1 Banana
- 4 tablespoons Chia
- 1/4 teaspoon Stevia
- 1/2 cup almond milk
Method:
- Blitz, layer and top with some seeds and fresh fruits. Serves 3
