Matcha and Blossom Iced Latte
We're trying to hold on to Summer for as long as possible with this fabulously floral matcha iced latte. It's so easy and so delicious!
Matcha and Blossom Iced Latte
Ingredients:
- Blossom Latte:
- 2 tsp Dried, edible flowers - we used a mix of rose petals, lavender, hibiscus and juniper berries
- 1 cup Milk
- Hot water
- Ice
- Matcha Latte:
- 1 leveled tsp Just Matcha powder
- 1 cup Cold water
- serves 2
Directions:
- Blossom Latte:
- Add the flowers to a small bowl and pour over hot water, enough to cover the flowers and allow to infuse for about 10 minutes.
- Drain the flowers and add the liquid as well as the milk to a cocktail shaker or bottle and shake well.
- Fill two glasses with ice and divide the latte between the two glasses.
- Matcha Latte:
- Rinse out the shaker and add the matcha and water.
- Shake well.
- Slowly pour over the blossom latte, divided between the two glasses.
