It is very simple and satisfying to make a cup of Matcha. The best cup is made using one of our bamboo whisks. Here are the instructions:
- Place 2 bamboo spoons or half a flat teaspoon of Matcha in a Matcha Chawan (tea bowl) or tea cup.
- Add a little water that has been brought to just under a boil and whisk the Matcha powder into the water to form a paste. Make sure there are no lumps remaining.
- Add about 300 ml of water and whisk vigorously until a creamy green froth forms. Add honey or natural sweetener, if you wish.
- Enjoy straight from your Chawan or tea cup!
